Installation instructions

1. Preparation: Make sure the EPDM sheeting is installed correctly and the roof surface is clean and dry.
2. Installing the roof edge profile: Place the aluminum roof edge profile on top of the EPDM sheeting and secure it with suitable screws. Ensure a secure fit. 
3. Connecting profiles: Use the supplied connecting plates to connect the roof edge profiles seamlessly together, ensuring a uniform and smooth finish.
4. Applying bonding primer: Apply a coat of bonding primer to the EPDM and the flat part of the profile that rests on the EPDM. Let the primer dry until it is touch dry. 
5. Finishing with finishing tape: Cover the attached roof edges with 12 cm wide EPDM tape to ensure a waterproof seal. Press the tape firmly with a pressure roller for optimal adhesion.

Customised – Because every project is unique

The 60 x 64 mm Roval roof edge profile is available from stock in standard aluminum color (anodized), RAL 9005 Matt (Jet Black), and RAL 7016 Matt (Anthracite Gray). Other RAL colors, such as taupe (RAL 9007) , brown (RAL 8019) , white (RAL 9001) , and more, can be supplied to order. A minimum order of 25 linear meters applies . Please note that an additional baking cost may apply for some colors. We always provide a transparent quote for any order, so you can avoid any surprises.
